• Minimum of one year in the legal services industry.
• Experience conducting research and managing client communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain data accuracy.
• Experience working in a deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between the ELI team, clients, and Records units.
• Monitor multiple email inboxes and provide prompt, professional responses.
• Provide high-level client support and maintain strong relationships.
• Proofread and distribute client communications for accuracy and professionalism.
• Research and verify provider and facility affiliations and addresses.
• Utilize Lexitas systems and databases; track metrics and update reports daily.
• Support data management and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.
