Enboarder is seeking a Communications Designer to translate complex ideas into accessible, brand-aligned creative. You will deliver design across web graphics, slides, and campaign assets, owning projects from intake to QA.

The role requires strong storytelling, collaboration with editors and video teams, and a deep understanding of user-centered design in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will apply content hierarchy, mentor peers, and help evolve our visual language while staying

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design or related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and content strategy.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and design tools (Figma, Google Slides).
• Experience designing across digital, print, slides, social, and motion mediums.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proactive in feedback.

Responsabilités

• Deliver accessible, user-centered design across multiple formats (web graphics, slides, assets).
• Own end-to-end design process from concept to QA and handoff.
• Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity to storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to realize concepts.
• Translate stakeholder goals and user research into compelling visual artifacts.
• Ensure consistent Salesforce brand application and contribute to evolving style/templates.
• Prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Provide design reviews, mentor teammates, and help set team standards.
• Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and tools, including AI-assisted design.
