Job summary

Fair Elections Center in the United States is seeking a Communications Associate to support external and internal communications, focusing on content creation, digital media and website management. This role provides key support to multiple departments and student-led initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong graphic design and content creation skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software).
• Strong familiarity and experience using WordPress or similar website platforms (front-end preferred).
• Strong familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM or email marketing tools.
• Experience with Monday.com or a similar project management tool.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content (graphics, videos, and written posts) for social media and public distribution.
• Update and maintain content using WordPress (front-end experience preferred).
• Coordinate with departments to ensure website accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update CRM lists, forms, and event details.
• Assist with developing and implementing communication processes between internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with State Leads to promote student engagement initiatives and develop guides/training materials using Monday.com.
