Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Product Cost Strategy Leader for the Gas Power Sourcing organization. You will own the development and execution of a comprehensive cost reduction strategy across the F2F portfolio, partnering with engineering and suppliers to drive yield, cost actions and design-driven improvements.

The role requires a strategic mindset with hands-on sourcing experience, ability to influence executives, and a track record of cross-functional delivery in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Sourcing, Manufacturing, and/or Supply Chain in an industrial setting.
• MBA preferred; CPM or APICS certification.

Responsibilities

• Own the cost reduction strategy for F2F products — partner with Commodity Leaders and suppliers to identify, plan, and execute cost actions.
• Define and mobilize resources with Sourcing, Finance, and Engineering leadership to deliver milestones.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Sourcing, Materials, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and P2V.
