Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Committee Operations Lead to oversee governance, member oversight, patient safety, and policy development in a highly regulated environment. You will coordinate remote committee meetings, foster cross-functional collaboration, and develop governance materials.

You will maintain documentation, support evidence-based policy work, and help ensure transparent decision-making while enabling secure, compliant virtual meetings and timely communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in committee coordination, project management, or policy development.
• Experience in healthcare, compliance, regulatory, or nonprofit environments with meeting facilitation focus.
• Proven ability to lead virtual committee meetings and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong policy drafting knowledge and familiarity with federal regulations; data analysis tools like Tableau and Excel recommended.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for governance materials.
• Attention to detail and time management in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support committees focused on membership oversight, patient safety, and policy development.
• Oversee scheduling and facilitation of committee meetings, ensuring collaboration and timely decision-making.
• Collaborate with committee leadership to track activities and communicate effectively.
• Implement a committee meeting facilitation plan for secure and compliant virtual meetings.
• Develop and maintain governance documents and operational manuals related to committee structures and processes.
• Prepare public-facing materials to highlight committee activities and ensure transparency.
• Support policy development through evidence-based research and committee-led initiatives.
