Job summary

Salas O’Brien, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commissioning Lead to drive commissioning on complex multi‑system projects, from pursuit through warranty. You will act as the primary client contact, set commissioning strategy, and ensure performance alignment with design intent.

You will mentor junior staff, develop plans and documentation, and manage project budgets and schedules while upholding safety and quality standards across building systems. Remote work and travel up to 75% are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10–12 years of progressive commissioning, MEP, or project management experience.
• OSHA 10, Project Management Pro, and PE licenses preferred.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact and commissioning authority on assigned projects (Cx).
• Lead commissioning strategy for complex, multi-system projects from pursuit through warranty.
• Develop commissioning plans, test procedures, and documentation (PFCs/FPTs/ISTs).
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and financial performance; ensure contract scope adherence.
