Salas O’Brien, Inc. is seeking a Senior Commissioning Lead to drive commissioning on complex multi‑system projects, from pursuit through warranty. You will act as the primary client contact, set commissioning strategy, and ensure performance alignment with design intent.
You will mentor junior staff, develop plans and documentation, and manage project budgets and schedules while upholding safety and quality standards across building systems. Remote work and travel up to 75% are available.

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant commissioning, construction, or facilities experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The expected base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $140,000USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
