Job summary

ASSIST Business Solutions is seeking Independent Sales Agents to join our remote, commission-based program. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and drive sales opportunities through calls, emails, and video meetings, working entirely from a home office.

You decide your schedule, pursue multiple products, and receive ongoing training and support to grow your personal book of business while meeting production goals. Benefits include unmatched earning potential.

• Identify and develop prospective clients through networking, referrals, outreach, and other business development activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and objectives
• Present available solutions in a clear and professional manner
• Follow up consistently with prospects and potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, and sales activities
• Work toward individual sales and production goals
• Participate in available training, coaching, meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Maintain professional communication and ethical sales practices
• Develop referral relationships and other business development opportunities
• Manage daily sales activities independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and confident communication style
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients by phone, video, email, and other communication channels
• Strong relationship building and follow up skills
• Ability to identify needs and communicate solutions effectively
• Organized and capable of managing multiple prospects and opportunities
• Previous sales, customer service, business development, recruiting, insurance, financial services, or related experience is helpful but not required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to develop and grow a personal book of business
• Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely
