Job summary

ASSIST Business Solutions seeks a motivated Insurance Agent to join as a Remote Independent Contractor. You will develop client relationships, assess needs, educate prospects on coverage options, and guide clients to suitable solutions, while operating on a 100% commission basis.

This role offers remote work with licensing support and ongoing training, plus the flexibility to build your own client network and earning potential based on performance.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain required insurance license within 4–6 weeks.
• Existing license preferred but not required.
• Experience in insurance, sales, financial services, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, client-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on products, coverage, and benefits.
• Generate business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct virtual consultations and presentations.
• Assist clients through application and enrollment.
• Maintain pipeline and client records.
• Provide ongoing client support and follow-up.
