Job summary

Everyday Dose Inc. is hiring a Commercialization Specialist to own the operational details for products, packaging, and retail launches. You’ll manage item data, GTINs, retailer setup, and documentation to enable a smooth sell-ready process.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, eCommerce, Creative, and Supply Chain to ensure packaging and product information is accurate, organized, and delivered on schedule, supporting multiple major accounts from a remote, US-based team.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years in CPG, food & bev, wellness, or consumer products brand.
• Experience with product/item data, including SKU info, UPCs, GTINs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data.

Responsibilities

• Own GS1 UPCs/GTINs for units, inners, and cases and maintain SKU master data.
• Manage retailer item setup across portals and systems (Syndigo, 1WorldSync, RIVIR).
• Support item setup and data requirements for major accounts (Target, Walmart, Kroger, Sam’s Club, Costco, Amazon).
• Coordinate pack changes including shippers, displays, club packs, and promotional packs.
• Own GTIN creation, item setup, label copy coordination, and artwork routing for launches.
• Maintain and organize spec sheets, samples, and retailer forms for Sales and broker partners.
• Track changes via the pack-change tracker in Asana with clear ownership and status.
• Collaborate with Sales, eCommerce, Creative, Supply Chain, and Project Management to keep data accurate.
