Job summary

Everyday Dose, Inc. is seeking a Commercialization Specialist to own the operational details that keep products, packaging, and retail launches moving smoothly.

You will manage item data, GTINs, and retailer setup, partnering with Sales, eCommerce, Creative, and Supply Chain to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. You will coordinate pack changes, label copy, and artwork routing for innovation launches in collaboration with the Senior Project Manager, while maintaining libraries, spec sheets,

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years experience in a CP G, food & beverage, wellness, or consumer products brand.
• Experience with product data including UPCs/GTINs and SKU master data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of information.

Responsibilities

• Own GS1 UPCs/GTINs for units, inners, and cases; maintain SKU data and specs.
• Manage retailer item setup across portals and systems (Syndigo, 1WorldSync, RIVIR).
• Support major retail accounts (Target, Walmart, Kroger, Sam’s Club, Costco, Amazon).
• Coordinate packaging changes and pack changes; track status in Asana.
