WAHVE LLC is seeking experienced Commercial Underwriters in Agriculture & Farm to work from home. You will evaluate and underwrite farm and agricultural insurance risks, review applications and loss histories, and determine coverage terms, collaborating with agents to grow a profitable book.

Candidates must have extensive Commercial Lines P&C experience with farm underwriting and a history of remote work. This is a long-term, flexible role with company benefits and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualificações

• 25 years of full-time work experience in insurance.
• 10 recent years in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty underwriting for Farm & Agricultural business.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and underwrite farm and agricultural insurance risks, including property and liability.
• Review applications, inspection reports, loss histories, and financial information to determine eligibility and pricing.
• Apply underwriting guidelines to assess risk and determine coverage terms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with independent agents and brokers.
• Provide underwriting guidance to agents regarding farm risks and coverage solutions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and suggest profitability improvements.
• Collaborate with loss control, claims, and product teams to improve outcomes.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory requirements.
