Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Manager, Commercial Training Operations to drive learning and readiness for field teams preparing for COMP360 launches and future therapies.

You will manage the LMS, annual training calendars, and training assets, while delivering analytics and supporting operations systems like Veeva CRM. Collaboration with HR, IT, Sales, Marketing, and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Education, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of sales training in pharma/biotech.
• Experience launching trainings for specialty therapies.
• Strong understanding of pharma commercial models including sales, medical, market access, and patient support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of the LMS including role-based pathways and asset maintenance.
• Coordinate onboarding from pre-boarding to post-event with cross-functional teams.
• Define training effectiveness metrics and deliver reports to target audiences.
