Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial title related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new software.

Responsibilities

• Perform or review complete title searches for commercial transactions according to standards.
• Analyze records (liens, judgments, easements, vital statistics, and property survey) to verify ownership and legal details.
• Price commitments, endorsements, policies and guarantees using the schedule of fees and charges.
• Review deeds, operating agreements, and corporate resolutions for accuracy.
• Coordinate write-ups for commitments and policies (standard and extended coverage).
• In some regions, consult with attorneys to review search packages.
