Job summary

Florida Construction Services in South Florida is seeking a seasoned commercial estimator to lead takeoffs and TI estimates using AI tools. You will collaborate with project teams to price TI scopes for retail, restaurant, and franchise interiors across the US.

The role is remote with flexible hours and opportunities to grow into a senior estimator, with subscriptions to AI and takeoff tools provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years estimating commercial interiors or TI projects, including US work.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI for estimating.
• Proficient in Bluebeam/PlanSwift/OS Takeoff and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Takeoffs and construct TI estimates with AI-assisted workflows.
• Review specs, identify scope gaps, and price subcontractor bids.
• Prepare complete estimates and proposals with the team.
• Price change orders and track estimate versus actuals.

Florida Construction Services is a South Florida general contractor building retail and franchise tenant

improvements — restaurants, cafés, fitness studios and retail stores — across Palm Beach, Broward and MiamiDade. We are growing fast and need a commercial estimator who works smarter with AI.

What you’ll do

• Take off plans with AI tools (Togal.AI, Kreo, Beam AI or similar) and verify them in Bluebeam or PlanSwift.
• Use AI assistants to review specs, find scope gaps and level subcontractor bid
• Build complete TI estimates and proposals with our team in Florida.
• Price change orders and compare estimate vs actual on finished job

What you need

• 5+ years estimating commercial interiors or tenant improvements, including US projects.
• Daily, hands‑on use of AI for estimating — show us how you use it.
• Expert in Bluebeam, PlanSwift or On‑Screen Takeoff, and Excel.
• Clear English, reliable internet, and at least 6 hours of overlap with US Eastern time.
• Procore, BuildingConnected and franchise restaurant or retail experience are a plus.
