Qualifications

• 7+ years actuarial experience in pharmacy or managed care.
• 5+ years leading teams and mentoring staff.
• Strong pricing/trend development and financial forecasting expertise.
• Excellent communication to executive and non-technical audiences.
• FSA or ASA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial team focused on pricing strategy and risk analytics.
• Develop long-range financial projections and forecasting models.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and external market participants to optimize financial performance.
