Job summary

MPLOY Limited is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join a growing whole-of-market brokerage, specialising in residential mortgages and complex property finance across the UK. This role offers a clear path to grow specialist lending knowledge and contribute to business growth, with an advertised OTE of £70,000.

You will manage mortgage enquiries from initial conversation to completion, advise on residential, Buy-to-Let and limited company lending, and handle complex cases including HMOs,

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Experienced as Mortgage Adviser or Mortgage Broker.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage processes and lender criteria.
• Commercially minded and solutions-focused.
• Experience with complex cases (HMOs, MUFBs, portfolio landlords) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage enquiries from initial conversation through to completion.
• Advise on residential, Buy-to-Let and limited company lending.
• Handle complex cases involving HMOs, MUFBs, portfolio landlords and adverse credit.
• Work across second charge mortgages, bridging, development, commercial and semi-commercial finance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders and introducers.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline.
• Maintain efficient case management, excellent customer service and high compliance standards.
