Openkrill is seeking a Commercial Masonry Estimator to own the full estimating cycle for high-end commercial projects across the US. You will review drawings, perform quantity takeoffs for brick, block, and stone, gather vendor pricing, and prepare competitive bids.

Work with the founder, project teams, and trade partners to ensure accurate estimates delivered on time. The role is remote in LATAM, requiring strong English and Spanish skills and ability to learn Tradesman software within ~60 days.

Competenze

• 3+ years of commercial masonry estimating experience.
• Proven experience estimating brick, block or stone projects.
• Commercial construction experience required; residential masonry alone is not a fit.
• Experience with US-based construction or masonry contractors.
• Fluent English; Spanish fluency is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple estimates.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus.
