Job summary

Sargon Masonry is seeking a Commercial Masonry Estimator who turns plans into winning bids in Phoenix. You will work closely with our VP of Commercial Masonry, project manager, and field leadership to ensure what we price is buildable and profitable.

This on-site role requires 5+ years of masonry estimating, strong contractor relationships in Arizona, and excellent communication. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, paid holidays, PTO, and a team that values ownership and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in commercial masonry estimating.
• Proven ability to build client relationships.
• Strong communication and on-site coordination.
• Existing relationships with Arizona GCs and developers preferred.
• Willingness to learn AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit competitive bid packages on schedule.
• Build relationships with general contractors and owners.
• Coordinate scope, schedule, and constructability with teams.
• Work with Bluebeam, Stack, Procore and related tools.
• Collaborate with vendors for pricing.

Sargon Masonry is a family-owned specialty contractor serving general contractors, project owners, and homebuilders across Arizona. We're looking for a Commercial Masonry Estimator who takes pride in accuracy, owns their numbers, and builds the kind of client relationships that bring GCs back project after project.

You'll be the person who turns plans into winning, profitable bids, working closely with our VP of Commercial Masonry, project manager, and field leadership so what we price is what we can build.

What you'll do

• Prepare and submit complete competitive bid packages on schedule
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and owners
• Coordinate with project management and field teams on scope, schedule, and constructability
• Work in Bluebeam, Tradesman, and Stack, and navigate Procore, BuildingConnected, and PlanHub; somewhat knowledgeable and eager to learn, AI tools
• Partner with vendors and suppliers for the most competitive pricing

Must haves

• 5+ years of commercial masonry estimating experience
• A proven track record of building strong client relationships
• Existing strong relationships with Arizona General Contractors and Developers
• Hardworking, results-driven, and an excellent communicator
• Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ
