Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Corporate Commercial Marketing Manager to drive regional pricing and profitability in a remote US-based role. You will partner with sales, operations, distributors, OEM, EMS, and analytics teams to enhance commercial decision-making and build scalable reporting.

The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, margin improvement, and strategic negotiations in a fast-moving global environment. Strong Excel expertise and semiconductor domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales Ops, or Pricing within the semiconductor or electronic distribution sectors.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor business processes and the Asian distribution landscape.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and visualization.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex decisions clearly.

Responsibilities
