Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to drive growth across Columbia and Charleston markets. You will recruit clients, structure competitive loan products, and oversee loan processing, closing, and ongoing portfolio management.

The role requires strong communication, analytical ability, and in-depth knowledge of commercial lending laws. A valid driver’s license is required and hybrid work arrangement is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years commercial loan experience or 1 year credit union lending experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Strong analytical and regulatory knowledge for commercial lending.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Develop, grow, and retain the business loan and deposit portfolio.
• Recruit clients and build the commercial lending segment.
• Develop and implement competitive loan and depository products.
• Train staff in business lending and related services.
• Origination, processing, closing and tracking of loans; ensure regulatory compliance.
