Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Commercial Loan Officer to lead the growth of the Greater Tampa Bay commercial lending segment. You will develop loan and depository products and partner with regional teams to drive client acquisition.

The role requires 3–5 years of commercial lending experience or 1 year in a credit union, with strong communication and analytical skills. This hybrid position supports remote and in-person collaboration across Tampa Bay and HQ locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a BA in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of commercial loan and business service experience, or 1 year of commercial lending experience within a credit union.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial lending laws and Federal Credit Unions regulations.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Recruit potential clients and grow the commercial lending segment.
• Develop and implement competitive loan and depository products.
• Train financial center staff in business lending.
• Oversee origination, processing, presentation, closing and tracking of business loan applications and loans.
• Ensure compliance of products and portfolio with NCUA and applicable laws.
