Qualifications

• 4–6 years of litigation experience, ideally in commercial disputes or consumer class actions.
• Active California bar membership and strong academic credentials.
• Experience with commercial, financial services, media/entertainment, or product liability litigation.

Responsibilities

• Litigate complex commercial matters from early strategy through resolution.
• Lead and support case aspects in local, state, and federal courts at trial and appellate levels.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and related documents with precision and advocacy.
• Manage discovery, including written discovery, document review and coordination with clients and co-counsel.
• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers, gaining substantive responsibility and client exposure.
