Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution, a boutique firm in Downtown Los Angeles, seeks a Trial Counsel / Partner-level attorney for leading commercial litigation and employment defense matters. The role offers the opportunity to take first-chair trials, manage high-value matters, and develop client relationships in a growing practice.

Remote work is available with the option to be based in Downtown LA; compensation up to $400K is commensurate with experience and fit.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial litigation and/or employment defense experience.
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases with autonomy and direct client contact.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation and/or employment defense matters.
• Take lead responsibility on case strategy and trial preparation.
• Conduct first-chair trials and manage high-value litigation matters.
• Draft and argue substantive motions.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage discovery, expert work, hearings, mediations and settlement strategy.
• Work closely with business clients, executives and stakeholders.
• Help grow the practice and develop client relationships.
