The role involves identifying opportunities, providing quotations, and servicing existing clients with strong emphasis on renewals and retention.

Ideal candidates hold an active property and casualty license, have 2+ years in commercial lines, and possess solid sales skills.

Qualifications

• Hold a current resident property and casualty license.
• At least two years of personal and commercial lines account management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, underwriting procedures, coverages.
• Proven B2B sales success with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• People-oriented, customer-focused, and assertive in developing client relationships.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; proficient with agency software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop commercial insurance opportunities with clients.
• Maintain and maximize profitable client relationships.
• Provide timely quotations and respond to client needs.
