You will process endorsements, renewals, and new applications, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and support Account Executives to deliver exceptional service.

Qualified candidates hold an active Property & Casualty license, at least two years of insurance CS experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an insurance customer service role.
• Prior experience managing commercial insurance accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients.
• Process endorsements, renewals, and new business applications accurately.
