Corporate Four Insurance in Edina, MN is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to be the friendly contact for our commercial clients. You will process endorsements, renewals, and new applications, respond to inquiries by phone and email, and support Account Executives to deliver exceptional service.

Qualified candidates hold an active Property & Casualty license, at least two years of insurance CS experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an insurance customer service role.
Prior experience managing commercial insurance accounts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance clients.
Process endorsements, renewals, and new business applications accurately.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email.
Assist Account Executives with policy reviews and client servicing needs.
Maintain organized client files in the agency management system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
