Job summary

Tcgrecruit is seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to own a book of business, build strong client relationships, and coordinate with producers, carriers and underwriters to deliver outstanding service.

This hybrid/on-site role requires handling renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes while identifying cross-selling opportunities to support agency growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial insurance experience and knowledge of commercial property, casualty, and related coverages.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with strong organizational abilities.
• Active Property & Casualty license is preferred; bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts and handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and deep understanding of exposures.
• Collaborate with producers, carriers, and underwriters to obtain appropriate solutions and support retention and growth.
