Acuity Insurance seeks a Commercial Lines Consultant to audit underwriting practices, train staff, and support cross-functional projects. You will guide risk assessment, coverage interpretation, and policy standardization while collaborating with underwriting teams and management.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in commercial multi-line underwriting, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills. Remote work is allowed with a preference for local candidates in Sheboygan, WI.

Responsabilités

• Uphold best practices and consistency in underwriting through audits to ensure uniform standards.
• Create and conduct training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Serve as a knowledge resource to underwriting on guidelines, risk assessment, and coverage interpretation.
• Identify and implement changes in company policies and standards across underwriting, claims, products, or systems.
• Develop and maintain reference materials to support best practices.
• Monitor external publications and conferences for industry updates to improve Acuity practices.
• Participate in project work including product innovation and process improvements.
