Job summary

This role supports remote work across multiple states, including Arizona, California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington, with onsite requirements where needed.

Ideal candidates will hold an active P&C license with commercial transportation/trucking experience, strong client service, and problem-solving skills, plus MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
