Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day servicing needs of assigned Commercial Lines accounts.
• Respond to client requests and provide timely, accurate information on coverage and policies.
• Review applications, renewal requests, endorsements for accuracy and underwriting guidelines.
• Prepare and process binders, policies, endorsements, certificates, audits, and related documents.
• Review policies and audits to confirm appropriate coverage and rating.
• Support renewal process by tracking expirations and coordinating with producers and carriers.
• Maintain accurate client information in agency management systems.
• Build strong relationships with clients, producers, underwriters, carriers, and teammates.
