Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role involves servicing and managing all aspects of our commercial insurance clients' needs, requiring excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle a demanding environment.

Note: A FL 2-20 license is required, and experience with Condos/Habitational/HOAs is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensuring client needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Review and analyze insurance coverage, providing recommendations.
  • Oversee renewal processes, including proposals and negotiations.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Work with underwriters and adjusters on claims and risk management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and products.
Qualifications
  • At least 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office.
  • Insurance designations like CIC, CRM, or CPCU are preferred.
