In this role you will handle high call volume, identify client needs, quote and process endorsements, and support renewals while maintaining accurate, complete records and open communication with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of client service experience in Commercial Lines insurance.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a high volume of incoming calls
• Identify and assess client needs to achieve satisfaction
• Quoting, endorsements, certificates, and contributing to the renewal process
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
