Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our service delivery team. You will serve as the main contact and technical expert on a client book of business, coordinating with onshore/offshore teams to renew policies, bind new leads, and enhance overall revenue on the book.

You will build strong client relationships, train junior team members in customer interactions, and contribute to achieving internal team goals while upholding our core values of

Qualifications

• 5+ years Property and Casualty insurance experience
• Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working in Agency Management System
• Industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM are a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
• Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
• Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement
• Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
• Research, provide recommendations and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients
• Lead day-to-day customer interactions
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and internal goals
