Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines. This role supports the account team, underwriter, and producer, handling policy administration, renewals, billing, and service requests with a focus on client satisfaction.

The position offers a remote-friendly arrangement for residents in several states, with on-site opportunities within a hybrid policy, and requires a valid P&C license and PT hours. Salary range $65,000–$75,000 annually.

Formación

• Active P&C license required
• 3+ years account management in insurance
• Strong communication and multitasking
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
