Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our service delivery team. You will be the main contact and technical expert on a client book of business, renewing policies, binding new business, and expanding coverage to grow revenue.

All candidates must reside in PST or MT to service our clients in that time zone; this is a remote position with compensation based on location and industry benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Property and Casualty insurance experience in a retail agency or service center.
• Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency - Excel required.
• Experience working in Agency Management System required.
• Industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients.
• Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business and properly insure risks.
• Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement.
• Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients.
• Research, provide recommendations and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients.
• Lead day-to-day customer interactions and use subject matter expertise to advise colleagues.
