Job summary

ReSource Pro is seeking a knowledgeable Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our service delivery team. You will be the main contact and technical expert for a client book, coordinating with onshore/offshore SDU teams to renew policies, bind new business, and grow revenue.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years P&C experience, an active P&C license, strong Excel skills, and AMS experience. This is a remote position serving PST/MT time zones, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Property and Casualty insurance experience in a retail agency or service center.
• Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working in an Agency Management System.

Responsibilities

• Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients.
• Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business.
• Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement.
• Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients.
• Research, provide recommendations and implement ReSource Pro solutions for clients.
• Work in a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks.
• Lead day-to-day customer interactions.
• Consult with customers and colleagues using subject-matter expertise.
• Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and internal goals.
