Qualifications

• Active insurance license is required.
• CIC or equivalent professional designation preferred.
• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and support client retention.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analyses.
• Renewals: research clients, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency systems and carrier/vendor platforms with data accuracy.
