Job summary

Member Business Financial Services, L.L.P. (MBFS) is seeking a Commercial Credit Analyst for a full-time remote role.

You will evaluate member business loan requests, analyze financial statements, and prepare detailed credit memorandums to support loan decisions. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting, at least three years of financial analysis experience, and proficiency with Excel and credit spreading software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred.
Three years' experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting financial data and credit memorandums.
Proficiency in credit spreading software, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Evaluate member business loan requests.
Assess a business' financial needs and recommend loan packages.
Analyze and interpret financial statements, tax returns, and other financial data to determine feasibility of borrowers.
Prepare detailed analysis of assets for collateral valuation and compute loan-to-value within policy.
Identify strengths and weaknesses of credit requests via balance sheet and income statement analysis, ratios, and cash flow.
Create credit memorandums and ensure data quality and integrity.
Assist clients in establishing and negotiating loan terms including costs, repayment method, and collateral requirements.
