You will prepare credit narratives to support Loan Officers and the Loan Committee.

The role involves ongoing portfolio reviews to monitor risk, with opportunities to grow in accounting, finance, and credit knowledge within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, sales, or related field, or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Experience working with Windows Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience in a financial institution, with a preference for underwriting or credit analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and tax returns to assess creditworthiness and prepare credit narratives.
• Support loan officers in loan decisions with timely credit evaluations.
• Monitor portfolio risk through ongoing loan reviews and risk ratings.
• Collaborate with loan officers to structure facilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor or guide other analysts on credit analysis techniques.
