Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial banking experience (credit structuring & analysis, sales, risk assessment) is required.
• Ability to manage workflow and complex commercial banking deals is required.
• Ability to manage stress and competing priorities is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in Commercial Middle Market Credit Structuring & Financial Analysis is preferred.
• 2 years Commercial Middle Market Underwriting and Financial Analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with relationship managers, loan closers, and underwriters on credit commitments under $10 million.
• Create pitch materials for prospects and clients.
• Lead or participate in due diligence meetings to understand clients' business and industry.
• Review loan requests under $10 million to determine required documents and financial statements for loan approval.
• Prepare preflight memo for deal team discussions and ensure accuracy of loan request details.
• Enter data in nCino for new loan requests/renewals/modifications and submit to underwriting.
• Review credit memos for accuracy and coordinate with closers or counsel for loan documentation.
• Ensure loan documentation terms align with credit approvals and save waivers/extensions properly.
• Coordinate with Credit Surveillance for interim and annual relationship reviews.
