Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Commercial Analyst to support relationship managers and credit functions for loans under $10 million. You will help prepare pitch materials, coordinate due diligence, and manage the lending process to ensure timely, accurate documentation in Salesforce and nCino.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or Finance, at least 2 years in commercial banking, and proficiency with MS Office and credit analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business/finance or related field.
Minimum of 2 years in commercial banking with credit structuring & analysis.
Experience with loan processing and underwriting workflows.
Proficiency in MS Office and commercial banking systems.

Responsibilities

Work with relationship managers, loan closers, and underwriters on deals under $10M.
Create pitch materials for prospects/clients.
Lead or participate in due diligence meetings.
Review loan requests to determine required documents for approval; upload to Salesforce.
Prepare ROE analyses and preflight memos for deal teams.
Enter new loan requests/renewals/modifications in nCino and submit for underwriting.
Review final credit memos for accuracy and coordinate with closers/attorneys.
Ensure loan terms align with credit memos and manage waivers/extensions.
