Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial banking experience in credit structuring & analysis.
- Experience with loan underwriting and financial analysis.
- Ability to manage workflow and complex deals; handle competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with relationship managers to prepare pitch materials.
- Manage lending process for credit commitments under $10M.
- Review financial statements and ROE analyses for loan requests.
- Enter data in nCino and Salesforce; prepare underwriting packs.
- Ensure documentation aligns with credit approval memos and terms.
- Support credit surveillance and portfolio data integrity reviews.
