• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
• 2 years commercial banking experience including credit structuring & analysis.
• 2 years in Credit Structuring & Financial Analysis.
• Ability to manage workflow and complex commercial banking deals.
• Ability to manage stress and competing priorities.
• Experience with middle market underwriting preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, nCino, and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales and credit functions for lending under $10M as part of the deal team.
• Create pitch materials for prospects and clients.
• Lead or participate in due diligence meetings to understand clients and industries.
• Review loan requests under $10M and collect/upload documents to Salesforce.
• Perform ROE analyses and other lending tasks for credit approvals.
• Prepare preflight memos and ensure data accuracy for underwriting.
• Enter data into nCino and coordinate underwriting requests.
• Review final credit memos and coordinate loan documentation with closers and counsel.
• Ensure loan terms align with credit approvals and manage amendments.
• Support portfolio reviews and risk management with data integrity checks.
