You will draft, negotiate, and redline contracts, advise on legal and financial implications, and help scale contracting processes while maintaining impeccable judgment and compliance.

Qualifications

• Law degree and bar admission with good standing in NY.
• Strong drafting and negotiation of business contracts.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in documents.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and negotiate commercial contracts from NDA through closing.
• Navigate evolving contracting frameworks in a dynamic setting.
