micro1 is seeking a high-potential commercial attorney to join our legal team as a Member of Legal Staff, Commercial Counsel. The role initially focuses on data-licensing agreements, inbound technology transactions, marketing and procurement contracts, and other commercial matters.

The ideal candidate has exceptional academic credentials and strong foundational training, with a track record in commercial contracting and IP familiarity.

Qualifications

• JD with active admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• Strong foundational legal training and top academic credentials.
• Experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial/tech agreements, esp. data, software, IP.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements with focus on data licensing, marketing, and inbound technology.
• Support vendor, partnership, statements of work, and NDA agreements.
• Partner with internal teams to translate risk into business-focused guidance.
