Job summary

Elevate Legal Talent in New York is seeking an Interim Commercial Counsel to manage the full contract lifecycle end-to-end from inception to execution in a fully remote capacity.

The successful candidate will independently lead negotiations for Master Services Agreements (MSAs), vendor agreements, and talent agreements (creatives, influencers, and production), with a strong emphasis on IP clearance and rights.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed attorney in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience negotiating MSAs, vendor and talent agreements.
• Strong background in IP clearance and rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle end-to-end, from inception to execution.
• Lead negotiations for MSAs, vendor agreements and talent agreements (creatives, influencers, production).
• Provide IP clearance and rights management support.
