Job summary

Momentum is seeking a Senior Counsel to lead commercial contracting and provide strategic legal guidance for PMG and the portfolio. The role focuses on complex, high-value agreements and cross-functional collaboration across the US offices, including Dallas and New York City.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with MSAs, SOWs, and Fortune 500 negotiations, plus a strong track record in digital media or advertising environments. In-office attendance is required three days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts.
• Experience negotiating enterprise-level client agreements including MSAs and SOWs.
• Experience negotiating with Fortune 500 clients and other sophisticated enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end negotiation, drafting, and execution of complex high-value agreements, owning deal strategy.
• Serve as lead legal advisor on complex commercial transactions, partnering with senior business leaders.
• Establish and improve contract playbooks, templates, and CLM processes.
