Qualifications

• J.D. from a top-tier law school required.
• Admission to the state bar in which you reside.
• 4–6+ years of transactional legal experience, preferably at a top-tier law firm.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required.
• Stellar contract drafting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial contracts including revenue-generating agreements with health plans and health systems.
• Structure complex multi-component deals and manage related risk.
• Accelerate sales contracting velocity while maintaining safety for the company.
• Partner with sales, client development, marketing, operations and other teams on contract negotiations.
