Job summary

Foodsmart seeks a skilled attorney to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts in a healthcare-focused environment. You will build processes and drive AI/tool adoption to streamline contracting and support corporate transactions, while flexing into IP, privacy and employment matters as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a J.D. and is admitted to the state bar, with 4–6+ years of transactional legal experience and outstanding contract drafting skills; healthcare contracting
